Technician ORLANDO, yes his name was Orlando with Orlando Septic Services, inspected the septic system for a home for sale. I have been a real estate professional for over 30 years and recognize high levels of professionalism in others. Orlando was above and beyond my expectations. He was courteous. He was knowledgeable. He was patient. It was hot, 92 degrees! He was detailed with his explanation of what he was doing and why. The homeowners had pumped the septic the day prior to the inspection. The inspection failed nonetheless. Orlando was crystal clear why it failed, how to repair for proper function, and the potential consequences if it wasn’t mitigated.
