When was the last time you thought about your septic system, tank or drain field? Chances are unless you’ve had a problem or a back up, you haven’t thought about it. Orlando Septic Services is here to answer all your questions and provide you with information other professionals don’t want to tell you.
Your septic system is a big investment and when it backs up into your home it can cost thousands of dollars to fix and a huge mess. Regular septic pumping and maintenance is necessary to avoid any problems.
Depending on the size of your home an inspection from a professional every year or at least every other year is essential.
Here are a few common questions we receive at Orlando Septic Services
How often do I need to get my septic tank pumped?
To maintain your system, you should get the tank pumped every 3-5 years. If you are having problems with your system backing up call us right away for a system check and possible pumping.
What does it cost for a pump out?
Prices vary based on size and area where you live. Please call the office at 407-696-4719 to receive a price for your system.
Do you offer same day availability?
At Orlando Septic we try our best to accommodate our customers. However, if it is not an emergency, we do request you call us with at least one day notice.
How do I know if I’m on a septic system?
Check your water bill. Your water bill will not have a portion for city sewer if you are on a septic system.
How do I know if I’m having a septic issue or a plumbing issue?
If you have a septic related problem, more than one toilet or shower will be backing up. For plumbing issues your problem would be isolated to a single sink, toilet or shower having problems.
I need bacteria added to my septic system?
All septic systems need bacteria to work properly. Bacteria helps break down paper and solid waste in the system.
